We are seeking an accomplished EPMO Manager to maintain the best practices, processes and procedures for an EPMO framework in a Government agency.
You will be responsible for providing expert project, programme and strategic portfolio reporting, support, and advice to the portfolio governance board (PGB), business groups, senior responsible owners, and their project\programme teams.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Assist in the delivery of projects where required
Review business cases
Attend monthly portfolio governance board meetings, highlighting project health and risks across the portfolio
Experience in running an EPMO or PMO
Track record in developing and leading EPMO teams
Experience developing and providing advice to senior leadership teams on the organisation’s programme management
Experience in developing and mentoring project managers and project management skill sets
Project Management certification e.g. PMP, PRINCE 2
Experience in leading and developing teams
