We are currently seeking Executive Assistants for upcoming Business Support temporary roles, those specifically who have worked within the Government sector before.
- Temp role starting ASAP for 6 months
- $35.00 -$40.00 per hour depending on experience

Day to day duties would involve:
- Executive support to Deputy Chief Executive ( tier 2) mostly one on one
- Diary management – significant part of the role
- Monitor emails
- Papers for meetings
- Relationship management
- Coordinating travel
- Coordinating meetings
- Event Coordination
- Manage team workflows
- Action Point Minutes/Agendas
Key competencies and attributes:
- Is good at multi-tasking and prioritizing
- Confident communication and sense of professionalism
- Strong organization skills
- Proven experience supporting senior executives
- Is a good problem solver
- Confident in using Microsoft Suite Office
To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:
- Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
- Available immediately or have a five day notice period
