Our client is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join our team in Auckland. The Executive Assistant will provide support to the executive management team, handling a wide range of administrative, operational, and management tasks. As the first point of communication on behalf of executive management, the ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be adaptable and able to take on a variety of tasks and be an excellent team player.

  • $75 00 - $90 000 Depending on experience

Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as first point of communication on behalf of executive management
  • Organizing internal and external meetings, and taking minutes
  • Researching, analysing, and presenting data to support management decision making
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and comfortable learning new software
  • The Executive Assistant will have access to high level confidential information and must always demonstrate sound judgement with regards to use and disclosure of confidential information.
What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience as a PA or EA
  • Proficient in English both verbally and written
  • Able to handle a variety of tasks and small projects
  • Friendly nature
