  • Permanent Executive Assistant role supporting Tier Two Manager.
  • $95,000 depending on experience.

Do you enjoy EA work where you are the right-hand person for your manager? Can you keep up in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, use your initiative, and hit the ground running?

Key responsibilities include:

•    Diary management and meeting scheduling
•    Monitor correspondence and refer queries to the most appropriate manager or staff member         and identify and draw attention to important and urgent tasks.
•    Travel arrangements, Event coordination
•    Draft correspondence and develop presentations on behalf of the Senior leader.
•    Processing invoices and helping out with tasks as required.

To Be Eligible for this Permanent Opportunity, You Must:
 
  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  •  Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Professional stakeholder relationship management skills
  •  Proactive and ability to anticipate need.
  •  High level of organisational skills and ability to meet deadline.
  •  Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Live in Wellington – there is no work from home option.
