Key responsibilities include:
• Diary management and meeting scheduling
• Monitor correspondence and refer queries to the most appropriate manager or staff member and identify and draw attention to important and urgent tasks.
• Travel arrangements, Event coordination
• Draft correspondence and develop presentations on behalf of the Senior leader.
• Processing invoices and helping out with tasks as required.
To Be Eligible for this Permanent Opportunity, You Must:
- Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Professional stakeholder relationship management skills
- Proactive and ability to anticipate need.
- High level of organisational skills and ability to meet deadline.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Live in Wellington – there is no work from home option.
