Benefits:

  • Paying from $80k - $90k depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Diary management and meeting scheduling.
  • Monitor correspondence and refer queries to the most appropriate manager or staff member and identify and draw attention to important and urgent tasks.
  • Travel arrangements, Event coordination.
  • Draft correspondence and develop presentations on behalf of the Senior leader.
  • Processing invoices and helping with tasks as required.

To Be Eligible for this Permanent Opportunity, You Must:
 
  • Have a New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Professional stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Proactive and ability to anticipate need.
  • High level of organisational skills and ability to meet deadline.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Live in Wellington.
