We are currently seeking polished, highly skilled Executive Coordinator to help with a Tier 3 manager in the public sector.   If you enjoy variety, coordinating administration support, liaising with high-level business partners and can handle high stress environments; we have the role for you.

Key skills, experience and attributes required:

  • Proven EA/PA experience supporting senior executives, managers and teams
  • New Zealand government experience
  • Coordination experience and ability to build effective business partnerships
  • Minute taking and agenda experience
  • Experience with travel arrangements and diary management
  • Preparation of reports and correspondence Strong attention to detail Relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective organisational and administrative skills
  • MS Office experience
