Executive Personal Assistant

We are currently recruiting for experienced and immediately available Executive & Personal Assistants to join the Beyond Recruitment Temporary team for placement across Auckland.

To be successful, you must have:

  • Experience supporting senior or executive managers
  • Meeting minute taking, board level an advantage
  • Ability to produce high quality and standard of work
  • Adept at diary management, travel & accomodation bookings
  • Flexibility to attend to ADHOC errants
  • Comfortable and skills at being the first point of call for your manager

To be considered, you must:

  • Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Be available immediately or within 1 week
  • Be able to provide good contactable references from previous employers
  • Be able to hit the ground running
  • Have advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
