Executive Personal Assistant
We are currently recruiting for experienced and immediately available Executive & Personal Assistants to join the Beyond Recruitment Temporary team for placement across Auckland.
To be successful, you must have:
- Experience supporting senior or executive managers
- Meeting minute taking, board level an advantage
- Ability to produce high quality and standard of work
- Adept at diary management, travel & accomodation bookings
- Flexibility to attend to ADHOC errants
- Comfortable and skills at being the first point of call for your manager
To be considered, you must:
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Be available immediately or within 1 week
- Be able to provide good contactable references from previous employers
- Be able to hit the ground running
- Have advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
