My client is a highly operational and compliance driven environment that operates as key transportation link between Auckland essential services and the rest of the country, along with a recreational centre for several tenants. As a landlord and operational facility there is a need to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and safety around the business is paramount.

As such there is a current requirement for a Facilities and Compliance Manager. This is a sole charge role where you will be responsible for a number of facets, including relationship management with Ground Lease tenants, engaging with regulatory bodies and understanding and ensuring compliance is met with, managing external contractors and requesting quotes for work, ensuring safety management systems are functional and operational along with a umber of other general duties.

Key responsibilities in the role include:

  • Compliance and Administration
  • SMS (Safety Management Systems)
  • Facilities Management
  • Contractor Management
  • CRM Implementation and development (co-ordination)

This is a very broad role that will allow the successful candidate to develop their skills, take ownership of facilities, and security within a highly supportive environment. There is significant growth opportunities and scope for advancement.

You will be a pro-active individual with a facilities management background, combined with an understanding of health and Safety and engaging with regulatory bodies. Reporting into the CEO you will be an excellent communicator and enjoy building strong relationships with clients and vendors.
