Role Overview
Beyond Recruitment, representing a leading service-oriented company, is seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to join this world leading company. This role involves providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and servicing various lift trucks and equipment for our valued customers. As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining lift trucks and related equipment at customer sites. Your dedication to providing top-notch service will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertaking service and repairs within OEM guidelines
  • Performing field based non-scheduled repairs on mechanical battery electric and internal combustion Forklift trucks. 
  • Performing field based planned maintenance repairs on mechanical battery electric and internal combustion Forklift trucks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Technical Expertise: Execute timely service calls, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs on lift trucks and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols, company procedures, and maintain accurate service records.

Essential Requirements
  • Expert technical forklift maintenance skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
  • Qualifications: A full driving license is required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Applicants must currently reside in New Zealand and possess the authorized right to work in the country. Applicants who reside overseas will not be considered.
