Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their small team on a fixed term basis till July 2019. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Administration Team Leader out of the Wellington Office.

In this role you will be supporting the wider finance team and business across the board through tasks such as:

  • Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function
  • Debt management
  • Bank reconciliation support
  • Invoice processing
  • Responding to customers requests in a timely manner
  • Clear communication with customers on consequences of the businesses debt management policies
  • Reactive to change

Key skills and competencies required for this role:

  • Finance knowledge and experience
  • Working experience of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Finance One (Technology One)-desirable but not essential
  • Trustworthy
  • Reliable and reacts well under stress
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • Strong negotiation skills
