I am currently recruiting for a Finance Coordinator, who will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, as well as coding. Liaise with internal stakeholders, to ensure compliance and query management. Use problem-solving skills, to ensure a robust service is provided, while learning in the finance and procurement areas. 

Duties Include: 
  • Complete coding of invoices, assist with the creation and maintenance of ongoing invoices. 
  • Answer queries relating to the status of invoices from internal and external customers.
  • Use problem-solving skills to take ownership of complex invoices and queries. 
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a strong soft skills across the board, to add to the team's fantastic existing culture. 

We Are Also Looking For: 
  • Ability to quickly establish and build strong relationships across and within teams.
  • Previous experience working with corporate or invoicing processes, with a strong ability to pick up new systems. 
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly, with a results-driven working style. 
  • Previous experience in customer service, with experience dealing with difficult requests, a bonus.
