We have an Accounts Assistant role commencing ASAP for 3 months to start. Ideally looking for an all round accounts person with experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Recievable. This is a nice working environment in a small team!

  • Commencing ASAP for 3 months to start
  • $30.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience
  • CBD location
  • Valid Covid 19 Vaccination certificate required
  • Ideally previous AP/AR experience
  • Part time hours - 25 to 30 hours (can be flexible with this)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer service regarding Accounts Recievable tasks
  • Ability to use good judgement to make decisions
  • Strong data entry and strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ideally able to work Mon,Wed and Thurs - can be flexible with this along with the hours
  • TechOne is the system the organisation uses

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Someone who has proven AP/AR or accounts assistance
  • Someone who is respectful, collaborative and a supportive team member
  • Someone who has used TechOne or any other similar accounting system
  • Someone who has good attention to detail and can meet deadlines

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
  • Live in Wellington
