No two days will be the same in this role, there is a wide variety of finance administrative tasks along with general administration and procurement. The successful candidate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The end to end Accounts Receivable and Payable process
  • Reconciling across multiple accounts, including expenses
  • Monthly and ad-hoc reporting
  • Managing the shared mailboxes and assisting with answering queries
  • Effective administration of procurement tools including; auditing transactions, communicating with card holders
  • Running customer training sessions across the tools and functions managed by the Financial Operations team
  • Supporting the insurance function run by the Financial Operations team

 To be successful in this role you will hold experience in the full end-to-end AP and AR process, using a top tier FMIS system (e.g. TechOne, Oracle, SAP). Oracle is preferred but not essential. You will thrive off working in a busy environment and not be afraid to get stuck in!
