My client is on the lookout for an experienced Finance Support Manager/ Office Manager to manage the day to day operations of the support office, as well as leading the finance administrative function and a team of 5.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • In-depth knowledge of business administrative systems and procedures
  • Effective team management
  • Keen eye for detail and efficient time management skills
  • Great organisational and planning experience in a busy office environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills – you must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

The responsibilities of the Finance Support Manager include duties such as:

  • Making sure that all claims have been processed
  • Understanding the reporting for P & L
  • Understanding the Budget for reporting

As with most jobs there will be other tasks that come your way so a flexible and positive attitude will go a long way.
