You will need to enjoy following process, policy and instructions to ensure consistent and accurate data management is maintained at all times. Previous experience in a finance/banking related role with admin duties and highly developed communication skills - both verbal and written - will be the key to your success!
Duties of the role:
- Updating client information
- Ensuring all existing client data is entered correctly across multiple systems
- Processing loan applications
- Complete processing and approval of loan documentation in a timely manner
What we are looking for:
- Practical experience working with loans
- Over 2 years of finance customer support experience
- Great attention to detail
- Exceptional communications skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills

This role is open to all candidates based in NZ and who have at least 6 months left on their visa.
