You will be responsible for the formulation of overall strategy for growth, sales, business development and operations of the butchery division. Manage, build, coach and mentor teams by providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure company objectives are meet.
Key attributes:
- Bring experience from a strong sales background
- 5+ years’ experience in a management or leadership role
- Knowledge of business processes and functions of Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations
- A background in the foods industry is advantageous

- Honest and trustworthy with strongly upheld ethics and integrity
- Proven skills in managing workloads in a busy working environment
- Able to display initiative when required
