Opportunity to join an organisation with global headquarters based in Hamilton. 

This can be a permanent role based in Hamilton OR a fixed term or hourly rate contract with travel in from Auckland, Waikato or BOP. There are 2 days WFH and excellent flexibility.

This role will lead organisational development and ensure workforce planning, talent, organisation wide capability and leadership are aligned to drive performance.

You will drive strategic people decisions and group-wide programmes to create momentum and ensure a connected approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating a clear, prioritised OD roadmap to build capability and performance
• Defining and evolving leadership expectations
• Defining the capability approach
• Establishing Workforce planning and talent 
• Team leadership

Skills and Experience:

• Senior level OD, talent or capability leaders at enterprise leve
• Global organisation experience
• Can take strategy and develop clear actions 
• Pragmatic with strong judgement
• Experience working with senior leaders
• A strong track record of building capability
