You will be a part of the Financial Administration & Insurance team and the first point of contact for all administrative and financial product and service queries.
The right candidate must have:
- Business Administration or Financial Qualification (Strongly Desired)
- Previous customer services experience
- Preferably contact centre exposure
- Experience working to targets and KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills
- Technologically savvy
- Ability to work with pace
- Attention to detail
The role entails:
- Handling all inbound phone calls from existing and prospective customers
- Active listening and questioning to determine best course of action
- Providing general advice on financial products and transfer to specialists
- Case management of queries including call backs
- Transaction processing and database updates
- Customer retention and positive influencing
