Head of Customer Experience Make an impact and leave a legacy This position will provide you with the opportunity to really make an impact and leave a legacy. Reporting to the COO in this newly created role, you will be responsible for understanding the clients of this business and the journeys they go through to ensure they provide a world class service. This will include leading the next phase of a proactive service model that drives targeted interactions with clients and delivers an experience that is fit for purpose.

In conjunction with the COO and other Key Stakeholders in the business you work through a transformation project to implement a proactive experience model. You will manage the change management programme ensuring all involved are taken on the journey, feeling empowered by the change.

Being a leader of leaders, you will be responsible for people management of an engaged and high performing team that can lead their own teams to success. You will lead by example to drive a culture of exceptional client experience and high performance. You will be responsible for creating an engaged, flexible and vibrant working environment, where teams are actively encouraged to be innovative and proactive, as well as being empowered to make decisions and take responsibility.

You will also understand the importance of creating a safe space to explore, test and sometimes fail.
