In this role you’ll use your prior experience to lead, design and critically, be responsible for the delivery of key initiatives for a high profile organisation.
With overall responsibility for around 80 people you’ll have a large team providing the support needed, so the ability to provide effective management across the delivery of technology solutions and set the vision for the delivery of engineering will be your core duty. As part of the Technical Leadership Team you’ll have a seat at the table, contributing to the organisations strategic planning and assisting in driving change to achieve goals.
We’re looking for experience which shows a strong background of the integration of solutions, within the ‘as a service’ environment.
Other pre-requisites would include:
- Proven leadership and management of large technology teams, mentoring and building capability
- Driving, leading and delivering key initiatives
- Achieving success within highly complex solutions environments
- Capability to influence and manage senior level stakeholders
