This is a standout opportunity for a commercially driven Head of Finance to join this large FMCG Company in New Zealand.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business performance, driving strategy, and influencing key decisions across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Drive performance through strong commercial insight and analysis
- Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability and efficiency
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting and meaningful business insights
- Champion continuous improvement across systems and processes
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and audit outcomes
What you’ll bring
- CA qualification with proven senior finance leadership experience
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at executive level
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on results
- Experience building capability and leading engaged teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or logistics environments is highly regarded.
