Our client is seeking an experienced Manager with expertise across Policy and Research, and strong undersanding of Remuneration. You will report into the HR Director and will be part of the organisations Senior Leadership Team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to pass on your experience and knowledge through coaching, leading and mentoring two diverse teams, including Team Leaders in each space. If you have a passion for HR policy and reseach, and a strong strategic HR background to a senior level, then this is the role for you!
You will have demonstrable leadership and people management experience to guide your teams to perform at their best. Your key strength will be within HR Policy and you will be familiar with Remuneration.
