Our client is seeking a collaborative HR Manager with strengths in Workforce Planning and Leadership. You will report into the HR Director and will be part of the organisations Senior Leadership Team.
A recent new strategy has been implemented and the organisation are seeking someone dynamic who can lead the tranistion on this. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who can bring a fresh new perspective in this space.
You will have proven generalist workforce planning experience to a high level, and an amazing relationship management skillset.
