The role is Head of People & Culture  however it incorporates and diverse combination of responsibilities working closely with the CEO who is looking to take the start up to its next level of growth and structure. This role is a newly created role  which includes but is not limited to taking responsibility for the setting up of the People and Capability function, Communications and Employer Branding.

To be successful in this role you will need dto emonstrate a versatile suite of hands on and strategic skills with strong experience and knowledge in the following areas:

  • People and Capability strategy
  • Operational and process design
  • Communications (internal/external)
  • Employer branding
  • Organisational Culture and development
