This role will see you driving the success of the technology value chain through building collaboration and discovering new ways to incorporate technology.
Leading a large team of around 80 people you’ll embed the structure required to bring existing technology through to modern day capability, effectively transitioning to a modern, responsive, client-centred solution.
You’ll be a proven, highly experienced and credible manager who can lead from the front, influencing stakeholders across all levels, contributing to the strategic planning of the groups deliverables as part of the Technology strategy. Working within a highly collaborative environment, you be at home with an Agile and DevOps based setting which provides a smooth journey from design, to implementation through to ongoing support and maintenance, setting the vision for delivery.
The person we’re looking for will have substantial experience in leading large teams within a highly complex technical environment. You’ll be able to show how you’ve modernised and transitioned legacy technology solutions.

- Proven experience leading large teams in a complex and changing technical environment
- Influencing and building credibility across a range of senior level stakeholders
- An understanding of technology methodology and frameworks
- Aware of new technology and ways of working
- Focus on the automation of technology
