Opportunity for an experienced H&S Business Partner in Hamilton for a community focussed organisation.

The role is very diverse and you will be managing a business group- with one day in the office and rest of the week is out on sites around the Hamilton area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of influential partnerships
• Partnering with leaders to provide specialist H&S advice
• Championing H&S
• Supporting leaders in implementing H&S systems, and procedures
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and operational H&S
• Supporting teams and Managers in investigations ,incident management and reporting
• Provide coaching support in H&S management and team safety development

Skills and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge and experience in applying Safety principles aligned with teh Safety at Work Act 2015 and codes of practice and standards.
• A proven track record of acting with integrity
• Leadership skills and can take people on a journey
• Analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills.

There will be one day per week in the office and then the rest of the week will be   on different site each day- in the Hamilton area.
