We are looking for an HR Administrator for a client based in Mt Wellington. This is a 6 week temporary assignment with an immediate start. You will have previous HR experience and be familiar with New Zealand legislation.

The role will include:

  • Generation of contracts, offers and all employment related administration
  • Coordination of exit interviews
  • Assisting the people and culture team with administration tasks as required
  • Participate in project work as needed
  • Incident reporting when required
  • Contribute to health and safety continuous improvement initiatives

What we need from you

  • An understanding of collective agreements and unions
  • Proven knowledge of employment legislations that relates to HR
  • Have a process orientated approach
  • Be accurate and detail focused
  • Display a high level of honesty and integrity
