About the role:

  • Maintaining staff records, employment agreements and files and records of any human resource issues
  • Answering HR queries from Managers and Employees and redirect these queries to the HR Manager if needed
  • Maintaining Recruitment database and Recruitment advertising on various internal websites/intranet
  • Preparing Employment Packs, Employment documentation and Employment Agreements
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Wellness Program co-ordination and planning, including scheduling for branch checks and management of booking sheet completion

About you:

  • Experienced HR Administrator or recent HR graduate
  • Strong knowledge of NZ Legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn
