About the role:
- Maintaining staff records, employment agreements and files and records of any human resource issues
- Answering HR queries from Managers and Employees and redirect these queries to the HR Manager if needed
- Maintaining Recruitment database and Recruitment advertising on various internal websites/intranet
- Preparing Employment Packs, Employment documentation and Employment Agreements
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Wellness Program co-ordination and planning, including scheduling for branch checks and management of booking sheet completion
- Experienced HR Administrator or recent HR graduate
- Strong knowledge of NZ Legislation
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
- Willing to learn
