This fantastic team of HR Business Partners is seeking an HR administrator to provide quality support to ensure the smooth running of HR practices across the organisation. In particular you will be supporting the teams Covid response, collective agreement negotiations, and process improvement tasks.

This is a great opportunity for an HR Graduate, ready to enter the workforce and put their knowledge to good use. You will be able to make this role your own, be exposed to all aspects of HR, and work for a company the values making a real difference.

You will bring:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Drive to build and maintain strong working relationships with others within a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High-level computer literacy within MS Office Suite, and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A willingness and desire to be involved in an HR function of a large nationwide not-for-profit organisation
