We are looking for an HR Advisor with 2-3 years experience or a senior level Coordinator ready for their next step- to join a household name retailer.
The role is true generalist- and will provide advisory and HR support across 3 retail stores in Auckland and the corporate office.
- Broad generalist HR inclusive of:
- End to end recruitment
- Coaching & assisting Managers
- Performance management & reviews
- HR policy
- Training & Development
- Health & Safety
The role will include senior management interaction as well as the shop floor. This is a growth opportunity, you would join at the advisory level and then develop the role scope.
A major opportunity to go in and make the role your own- add value and make a difference to an organisation and at the same time develop and grow your own experience and skills.
Should you have an understanding of retail or co-operative models, this is an advantage but not essential.
You will need to have some flexibility in hours, a driving licence and loads of initiative and energy!
