Outstanding opportunity for an experienced intermediate-level HR Coordinator looking for the next step with a leading national provider of utility services across New Zealand.This role requires the successful applicant to be responsible to provide HR Advice, supporting recruitments and people, and the performance team.
You will join a focused, friendly, and supportive team of professionals committed to being successful through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of human resource services
- Provide an advisory service regarding employment relations
- Provide support and guidance on recruitment and selection
- Provide ad-hoc support to the People & Performance team
Key Requirements for this role:
- Human Resource Advisory experience or recruitment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong Administration skills.
- Sound knowledge and experience with the use of MS Office applications
- Ability to engage with key business stakeholders
- Ability to interpret legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
