This role is for a strong generalist HR Coordinator/Advisor with experience in Xero or simlar payroll system.

ANZ responsibilities across human resources support and payroll.

Key responsibilities:

  • HR generalist advice
  • HR & payroll administration
  • End to end recruitment
  • Support HRBP on special projects
  • Monthly payroll &reporting, IRD/ATO payments (Xero)
  • Maintaining HR database
