In this role you will be responsible for the provision of timely and pragmatic advice, support , guidance and coaching to build the capability of the Managers and leaders across multiple retail sites.
Key Result Areas:
- Policy advice and leadership coaching
- HR General Advisory
- Employment Relations Advisory
- HR Communications
- Drive continuous improvement
- HR administration
This role is predominantly a phone based role, and to be successful you will need to have the following:
- HR qualification preferred
- Strong customer service focus
- 3-5 years experience in HR advisory
- Retail industry experience or understanding, preferred but not essential
- Strong influencing skills
- Solid problem solving skills
- Excellent time management
