Opportunity for an entry level or intermediate level advisor to provide HR Advisory to management and employees for an organisation who provides innovative, person-centred solutions for people experiencing mental distress, people with addiction issues and people with intellectual disabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Operational HR advice
- HR administration
- Policies and procedures compliance
- Service provision in recruitment,performance management, ER and remuneration & reward analysis
- Contribute to culture of service excellence
- Provide support to the GM HR with implementation of policies
