Key responsibilities:
- HR Advisory service to internal stakeholders
- Managing ER issues - conducting investigations and run disciplinary process
- Oversee Recruitment and onboarding process – ensure recruitment process is aligned with policies and legislative requirements
- Support Learning & Development team in learning programs and change management learnings
- Coordinator offboarding process with the HR Administrator
- Health & safety – maintain knowledge of company’s H&S polices and procedures
About you:
- 3 years of HR experience
- Current Clean Driver’s License
- Sound knowledge of NZ employment legislation
- Sound stakeholder management
