A 3-month Fixed Term or Contract opportunity for a HR Analyst located in East Auckland.  This role is responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on people data relating to payroll, recruitment, position classification, remuneration and benefits, training, and performance management using HRIS systems to ensure integrity of data and legislative compliance.

You will work closely with business to support key initiatives such as remuneration reviews and operational and strategic reporting and act as a super user for all HR systems.

Day to day you could expect to work on:
 

• HR data analysis and reporting
• Remuneration frameworks (waged and salaried)
• HR surveys
• HR systems
• Presenting insights to business leaders

About you:

• Solid experience in a HR data centric role
• Experience in collecting and analysing data
• Experience in providing reports and insights to senior leadership
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in remuneration
• Exposure to HR systems
