Rare opportunity on the North Shore, for an experienced HR Manager or for a Senior Advisor ready to take the next step.
The role is responsible for the development of HR and Health & Safety policy, procedures,systems support and provide responsive and proactive HR/H&S information and advice to the business across the following areas:
ER/IR,Legal Compliance,Health & Safety Management and HR generalist management.
The environment is fast paced, and is undergoing some change- so we are looking for an HR specialist who understands HR operations, who is down to earth and who ideally has experience in blue collar/fast moving environments.
This would also suit a Senior HR Advisor who is ready to move up into a management role, there will be full support given.

If you have experience in multiple site environments, have a strong knowledge of NZ employment law , have a strong attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills and good time management and work planning skills then we want to hear from you!
