Opportunity for an HR Advisor who has had training advisory experience on a 3-month hourly rate contract OR salaried fixed term- commencing asap in the next 2 weeks .

Key responsibilities: 

• Providing generalist HR support to Managers
• L&D and training support
• ER support
• Employment agreements
• Maintaining training database
• HR project support
• Inductions
• Support organisational change
• Onboarding and off boarding
• Coordinate performance appraisals and relevant documents
• Health & Safety support
• Recruitment

You will need to have good generalist HR advisory experience , training/L&D support , NZ employment legislation, be well organised with excellent communication skills.
