Outstanding opportunity for a People and Capability Business Partner in the Auckland CBD.
Experienced HRBP with a minimum of 4 years' in HR and who brings a sound knowledge of NZ Employment Law.
The environment is complex and challenging with a highly unionised workforce.
The core role responsibilities will be to manage key stakeholder relationships within the business and provide high quality advisory to Line Managers, facilitate groups and workshops and be accountable for your own performance. Identify better ways of doing things and challenge existing systems and processes for continuous improvement.
There will be ongoing HR related projects and contribution to larger organisational projects.
If you have a commercial side, are very collaborative and can deal with the grey areas , have excellent interpersonall skills and can liaise at all levels- then get in touch!
