You’ll be joining a small team of generalists and specialist, where everyone is keen to continue to develop, so your coaching and mentoring skills will be highly valued. The role of the Business Partner is to be a trusted advisor who can influnce senior managers and leadership teams by developing and maintaining trusted and effective relationships. As a HRBP you will provide strategic and expert operational management of the delivery of the organisation’s HR strategies. You will work closely with Managers across the business to ensure consistency of delivery of HR services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute across:

  • Proactively providing strategic and operational advice and services to support Deputy Chief Executives (DCE) and Managers on all aspects of HR
  • Raising manager capability through coaching and mentoring
  • Leading HR projects across all areas of HR to enhance the capability
  • Contributing to broader HR strategies
  • Working with other members in HR to drive collaboration and key programmes
  • Developing and coaching Advisors and Coordinators in the HR team
  • Building and maintaining effective and positive working relationships with Managers and staff and the PSA
  • Leading and/or contributing to the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies, strategies, and initiatives
