This role is responsible for delivering processes, frameworks, and systems to support the People strategy. The Business Partner will provide expert advice and support, build trusted relationships, and ensure People and Capability Services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Day to day you could expect to work on:
Partner with business to provide trusted advice and support on a range of people matters including change management, employee relations, recruitment, reward, performance management, and health, safety, and wellness
Build and maintain trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders
Work with Senior Leaders to design, develop, implement, and maintain a People and Capability strategy
Continually look for opportunities to improve and implement people initiatives
Support people leaders to evolve the culture and ensure that it is aligned to the company’s values
People and Capability systems, processes and policies are in place that effectively support activities across the company
Effective delivery of assigned initiatives and projects, on time and within budget
This role requires an individual who has demonstrated Human Resource experience, proven ability to manage relationships and strong knowledge of employment legislation.
