Fantastic opportunity for a People and Performance Business Partner to have a varied role within a busy team. This is a permanent role, located in South Auckland.
The role is responsible for providing practical, expert advice and support to business and to ensure that effective people strategies, plans and objectives are adopted to build capability and fulfil longer term strategic goals.

The role requires a People and Performance generalist with a proven track record of providing strategic insights to business. This role will need ER experience and the ability to analyse information from various sources and recommend solutions.
