We have a great opportunity for an intermediate to senior level HR generalist seeking a diverse role.
Reporting into the Principal HR Business Partner and working amongst Senior HR Business Partners, this exciting role provides good career progression.
About the role:
  • Business Partnering - build strong effective relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • HR Frameworks - assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, systems, processes and practices.
  • Workforce planning - work with the Senior HR Business Partners to ensure workforce initiatives and interventions are operationalised and integrated across the business
  • Change Management – support the Senior HRBP’s in large scale change and work with people leaders on change processes that have a minor business impact
  • Industrial and Employment Relations Provide sound advice and guidance to People Leaders in relation to employment legislation and compliance

About you:
 
  • Good HR generalist capability – 4 years’ experience
  • ER and change management experience
  • Strong relationship management - become a trusted advisor of middle management
  • Driver licence required
