Reporting into the Principal HR Business Partner and working amongst Senior HR Business Partners, this exciting role provides good career progression.
About the role:
- Business Partnering - build strong effective relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
- HR Frameworks - assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, systems, processes and practices.
- Workforce planning - work with the Senior HR Business Partners to ensure workforce initiatives and interventions are operationalised and integrated across the business
- Change Management – support the Senior HRBP’s in large scale change and work with people leaders on change processes that have a minor business impact
- Industrial and Employment Relations Provide sound advice and guidance to People Leaders in relation to employment legislation and compliance
About you:
- Good HR generalist capability – 4 years’ experience
- ER and change management experience
- Strong relationship management - become a trusted advisor of middle management
- Driver licence required
