We have a great opportunity for an intermediate HR generalist seeking a diverse role.
You will provide quality, modern and tailored advice and support, develop strategic partnerships and understand the different parts of the business and their diverse needs. Reporting into the Principal HR Business Partner and working amongst Senior HR Business Partners.

About the role:
  • Business Partnering - build strong effective relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • HR Frameworks - assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, systems, processes and practices.
  • Workforce planning - work with the Senior HR Business Partners to ensure workforce initiatives and interventions are operationalised and integrated across the business
  • Change Management – support the Senior HRBP’s in large scale change and work with people leaders on change processes that have a minor business impact
  • Industrial and Employment Relations Provide sound advice and guidance to People Leaders in relation to employment legislation and compliance

About you:
 
  • Good HR generalist capability –2-3 years’ experience
  • ER and change management experience
  • Strong relationship management - become a trusted advisor of middle management
  • Driver license required
