We are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join a corporate franchise - these are household name brands.
A rare opportunity to work closely and partner with Managers, on site to develop effective people management practices.
This is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, providing quality, practical HR advice to enable and empower Managers to appropriately manage people matters.

To be successful in this role you will need a full toolbox inclusive of:
- Solid understanding of NZ employment relations
- Performance management
Learning and Employee engagement
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven expereince in ER and dealing with unions
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Self confidence
- Have a clean, current drivers licence
- Strong HR generalist experience
