A great HR opportunity for 6 months in Greenlane managing the day-to-day HR Operations.  You will be responsible for ensuring HR processes and practices are being implemented by the People Leaders and providing guidance on all HR matters to the business.

Day to day you could expect to work on:
•    Onboarding
•    HR policies and processes
•    ER
•    Remuneration
•    Employee engagement and wellbeing
•    HR analytics and reports
•    HR systems

This role requires an individual that has a sound knowledge of NZ legislation and is comfortable working autonomously.  Will require someone with strong analytical and administrative skills and who is confident on various HR systems.
