They are looking for a HRBP Contractor for 2 to 4 months, this role can become permanent for the right candidate.  This role will partner with the business to build strong relationships, ensure that all HR processes are supported and provide customer-centred HR advice to managers.

You will be:
•    Providing HR and ER advice and assistance to managers
•    Coaching and mentoring managers on all people related matters
•    Developing and implementing HR processes and procedures
•    Owning and delivering HR projects
•    Supporting the H&S Lead with Health and Safety queries / initiatives

Your background will include:

•    Excellent working knowledge of NZ employment legislation
•    Strong ER experience
•    Solid previous experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
•    Strong communication and relationship building skills
•    High attention to detail
