Opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner or a Senior HR Advisor ready for the next step - come and join a unionised global organisation in a busy role.
The role will be responsible for the coaching and capability development of Managers on performance management and talent management.
The role will provide support nationally, assisting with implementing HR operational strategies, systems, policies and procedures.
We are looking for someone with solid experience in unionised environments, and enjoys ER/IR and working with collective agreements, providing advice on issues.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills across all levels are key to the success of this role.
