This will be a hands-on role and delivers the full operational remit including advice and guidance to managers and employees. This role will meet the operational business needs and over time as the business capability lifts, the role will become more strategic.
Key responsibilities:
- HR operations
- Work closely with Managers to manage HR processes
- ER/IR end to end advice and support to Managers
- Collective bargaining support
- Compliance with NZ legislation
- Change Management advice to management
- Workforce strategy advice
- HR projects
- Manage cyclical processes
- Metrics and reporting
- HR qualification or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR
- Large, complex environments experience
- Sound knowledge of NZ legislation
- Excellent communication
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
This is in a busy environment and will suit an intermediate/senior level HRBP with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
