This is a permanent opportunity for an HRBP who has strong generalist experience to provide coaching to leaders across all aspects of HR.

Support people and leaders by providing approachable, practical and timely HR advice across the organisation. You will be teh trusted advisor  and the first point of contact to assist employees and Managers navigate day-to-day people matters with confidence, care and consistency.

There is 1 day Work from Home and parking on site.

Key responsibilities:

• Generalist HR advisory to leaders/managers
• ER advice and support 
• Leadership coaching
• Recruitment support
• HR Administration/Payroll back up
• Performance Management
• HR projects

We are looking for a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a generalist HR role ideally a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner level with solid ER experience, knowledge of NZ employment legislation, thorough understanding of HR principles and practices. Exposure to payroll will be well regarded.
