We are looking for a Business Partner who is experienced with change programmes in large corporate environments, and who understands NZ employment legislation, organisational change, redundancy management and redeployment.
The role will be responsible for:
- Supporting operating model change
- Working with business leaders- coaching/scripting
- Drafting job descriptions
- Creating consultation packs
- Managing/analysing people impacts
- Organisational change
- Redeployment
- Employment Relations
