Opportunity for an experienced intermediate level Business Partner who leans into change be part of the transformation team through an operating model change.

We are looking for a Business Partner who is experienced with change programmes in large corporate environments, and who understands NZ employment legislation, organisational change, redundancy management and redeployment.

The role will be responsible for:

• Supporting operating model change
• Working with business leaders- coaching/scripting
• Drafting job descriptions
• Creating consultation packs
• Managing/analysing people impacts
• Organisational change
• Redeployment
• Employment Relations

You will need to roll your sleeves up and be operational in this contract- experience in professional or financial services or a consulting environment will be well regarded.
